About Us

Dodi Foundation Inc. was established on November 23, 2020, as a private non-profit organization to provide charitable medical services for those in need. More specifically, the organization will offer free health care services such as blood pressure screening, and general health care treatments and services to communities in need of such services in Ghana, starting in Fiakonya, in the Ningo Prampram District. We believe this will help to improve the quality of life for individuals throughout the area.

Dodi Foundation Inc. is a registered non-profit organization in California, in the United States of America and have received a letter of determination from the US Department of Revenue (Internal Revenue Service) recognizing us as a Charitable organization. Additionally, we are registered in the Republic of Ghana, as a Non-Governmental Non-profit organization. We are currently working with the ministry of health in Ghana to obtain all the required licenses to enable the legal operation in the country.

We have decided not to solicit donations from anyone until such a time full operation begins.  In the meantime, The Foundation is exclusively and privately funded by the Kofi and Abena Dodi Family in California.

Our estimated time for operations to begin is by the end of the first quarter of 2024 when the clinic is expected to be certified by the Ministry of Health in Ghana as safe for operation.
